Who

Alex Avery is an Internet marketing consultant with 10+ years experience in the space, having worked in consultant and client facing roles for businesses such as: Melbourne IT, Hitwise, PayPal, 24/7 Real Media and Mitchells Advertising. Alex has developed and implemented successful Internet marketing for AAMI, Tourism Australia, Officeworks, Foxtel, Expedia, Nike (Japan) and ANZ to name a few. For the last 5+ years Alex has specialised in analytics and Inbound Marketing (Search Marketing and Social Media). In June 2009 Alex started his own consulting business to apply best practice “big agency” tactics and wisdom.

Alex has a degree in Business (International Business) from RMIT and has trained with Google (Sydney). Alex is a father of one, occasional speaker of Japanese, music lover, amateur chef and collector of modernist Danish cuff links.
